HISTORY
1976: Gérard Bungener, father of the current owner,
purchases the property. After a number of years of work, the estate is repaired
and renovated.
1986: The beginning of chemical-free cultivation, an
approach respectful of both the environment and the product itself.
1989: Official switch to organic farming.
1993: Henri Bungener, living in London at the time,
inherits the estate from his father and assumes its direction.
1995: Jerome Guimberteau is hired to be manager of the
estate; his wife Claire becomes a part-time administrator.
2000: After ten years of loyal service, the wine's label is
revised and a new look is born.
2002: The structure of the business changes to accommodate
the addition of a young farmer while the shareholders remain in place.
PEOPLE
The owners of the estate are Henri and Janet Bungener, along with
their two children, Rose and Louis.
Mrs. Dugas, with us for 20 years, is the administrator who is
on-site once a week and is primarily responsible for the accounting.
Jerome Guimberteau, as full-time overseer, is in charge of the
vineyard, wine-making and sales.
Claire Guimberteau, a small shareholder, is responsible for public
relations and for the rental of the gîte.
Olivier Robert, the farmhand, takes care of the vineyards.

nature, offering also accommodation in the heart of the Mediterranean flora and
