  • Grape variety: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah

  • Age of the vines: from 32  at 64

  • Cultivation: Conversion to Organic 

  • Soil: clay-limestone from the Oligocene

  • Harvest: manual with sorting, destemming at 80%

  • Type of vinification: long maceration of 2 months in truncated conical vats of 20 hl

  • Ageing: 1 year in barrels of 1 to 2 wines

  • Optimal tasting: 2-12 years

  • Bottle: 75 cl

  • Gastronomic alliance: Morel veal chops from Ventoux, Guinea fowl with  crushed grapes with truffle potatoes, snacked turbot with small autumn vegetables
