  • Grape variety : 80% Muscat à petits grains, 20% Grenache Noir

  • Age of vines: 10 to 40 years

  • Terroir : Clay-limestone soil

  • Harvest : Manual with sorting, 100% destemming

  • Vinification : Direct pressing with stalks for muscats after one day of skin maceration. 100% destemming, light crushing, then bleeding for Grenache Noir. Alcoholic fermentation with our indigenous yeasts

  • Aging : Blending during fermentation. Vinification at low temperature around 12°.

  • Best tasting : Drink within 3 years.

  • Bottle : 75 cl

  • Production : 3400 bottles/year

  • Tasting : Pale pink color. Intense nose, on peach, white flowers on a background of red fruits. Fresh and delicious mouth. An atypical rosé perfect to surprise your guests.

  • Serving temperature : 14°

  • Gastronomic alliance : This vintage is to be drunk with grilled meats or even spicy barbecues, chicken curry or even summer salad with Mediterranean accents. Excellent companion also for an aperitif or dessert such as Carpentras Strawberry delicacies
