AOP Vacqueyras

  • 60% grenache and 40% Syrah, from vines aged 30 to 50

  • Terroir located at the top of the hillside

  • Hand harvest followed by selective sorting for quality.

  • Natural fermentation with wild yeast in wood

  • Long maceration of 2 to 3 months

  • 12 to 18 month ageing in oak (1 year old barriques)

  • Approx. 2 000 bottles/year

  • Enjoy for 15+ years
