  • Culture: Organic Agriculture

  • Grape varieties: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah

  • Terroir: Plain of the Rhone Valley near Violès, quaternary (remains of the ice age).

  • Manual harvest with quality sorting.

  • Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

  • Vatting for one to two months.

  • Aged for 6 months in vats.

  • Production : Around 10,000 bottles/year.

  • Cellar potential of 4 years.
