  • Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel vats

  • Optimal tasting: Drink within 5 years

  • Bottle: 75 cl

  • Bottled at the estate 

  • Number of bottles produced: 2500

  • Tasting: Light yellow color. The brilliance testifies to a lively and fresh wine. The intense nose combines floral, vine peach and  citrus fruits. The mouth testifies to the balance of a lively and fresh wine extending on an unsweetened finish.

  • Serving temperature: 14°

  • Gastronomic alliance: Perfect companion with asparagus, with a back of cod in a citrus sauce or even a grapefruit avocado guacamole and wild shrimp.
