"Dressed in a tender color with salmon reflections, this rosé delivers a complex bouquet that combines scents of red fruits, garrigue and marjoram."

"Greedy attack, mellow, with a very nice aromatic persistence."

  • Fermentation, natural with indigenous yeasts.

  • Vinification at low temperature around 12°,then filtration.

  • Around 2,500 bottles/year.

  • Bled.
