  • Soil: clay-limestone

  • Harvest: manual with sorting, 100% destemming

  • Type of vinification: Direct press with stalk for the Muscats after skin maceration for one day. 100% destemming, light crushing, then bleeding for the Grenache Noir. Alcoholic fermentation with our native yeasts

  • Ageing: Blend during fermentation. Vinification at low temperature around 12°.

  • Optimal tasting: Drink within 3 years.  

  • Bottle: 75 cl

  • Number of bottles produced: 3400

  • Tasting: Pale pink color. Intense nose, on peach, white flowers on a background of red fruits. Fresh and greedy mouth.An atypical rosé perfect to surprise your guests.

  • Serving temperature: 14°

  • Gastronomic alliance: This cuvée is to be drunk with grilled meats or even spicy barbecues, chicken curry or summer salad with Mediterranean accents. Excellent companion also as an aperitif or for dessert such as Strawberry delicacies from Carpentras
