Three Clos de Caveau cuvées named in Pierre Guigui's 'The Best Organic Wines of France'
Three Clos de Caveau cuvées have been selected by Pierre Guigui for his new guide, The Best Organic Wines of France, published to coincide with Millésime Bio 2026, in which Guigui describes the cuvée Le Mistralet as 'a master stroke.'

Very easy to drink, and easy to love. Really all about the fabulous texture.

Herb, rubber and spiced notes on the nose. Juicy and packed full of red fruits on the palate.

Good weight and roundness, this is mouthfilling and juicy. The oak works pretty well, it frames and focuses the fruit, adding length and complexity.

Pure and piercing red fruits, blueberry and crushed plums. Vibrant and pure palate with crushed violet, spice and lots of energy too.

Elegant in structure, with fine tannins and a good sense of focus as well as intensity.

Grenache et Syrah dispensent une olfaction mêlant fruits confits, senteurs de sous-bois et notes vanillées issues de l'élevage. On découvre ensuite un palais rond, équilibré, doté de tanins enrobés et d'une belle persistance aromatique.
